These terms cover use of this website and services agreed with me. A service engagement begins when its scope, pricing and relevant terms have been accepted in writing, including through an agreed Telegram or forum message.
Specific written campaign or escrow terms take priority over these general terms where they address the same subject. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
2. Services and agreed scope
My services include signature and review campaign management, announcement thread design and management, translations, community contests, sponsorship coordination, social media management, influencer campaigns, advertising placements, press release coordination, escrow services, and any other service we agreed on.
Each engagement should identify the deliverables, responsibilities, timeframe, fees, reward allocations and reporting arrangements. Additional work or material changes require written agreement.
I may use team members and specialist providers to deliver agreed work. Their involvement does not remove my responsibility for the services I undertake.
3. Client responsibilities
You must have authority to commission the work and provide accurate information about your business, products and promotional claims.
You are responsible for your service’s operation, customer support, required permissions and the legality of its availability to the intended audience. You must provide necessary materials, approvals and funding on time.
I may decline instructions involving misleading claims, undisclosed paid endorsements, fabricated reviews, impersonation, spam or attempts to evade platform restrictions.
4. Fees and campaign funding
Management fees, participant rewards, prize pools, design costs and third-party charges are separate unless the written proposal expressly combines them.
The agreement will specify the payment currency, any conversion method, network charges and funding schedule. A quoted budget is an allocation, not a guarantee that the full amount will be spent.
For campaigns requiring advance funding, the agreed reserve must be received before work or participant commitments begin. I may pause further activity if available funding becomes insufficient.
Funds held for campaign payments are distinct from a customer-dispute security deposit unless an agreement explicitly states otherwise.
5. Campaign participants and rewards
Each campaign has its own eligibility requirements, submission rules and reward conditions.
I may reject ineligible work or remove participants for documented rule breaches, including plagiarism, prohibited alternative accounts, fabricated evidence or misleading activity. Decisions will follow the published rules and business common sense.
Review rewards compensate genuine testing and useful feedback. They do not require a positive opinion. Paid relationships must be disclosed where required.
Changes affecting rewards or eligibility will be communicated and will normally apply prospectively. Eligible work already completed remains subject to the terms applicable when it was performed.
6. Platforms and third-party services
Forums, social networks, publishers and influencers have their own rules and operating decisions. A placement or campaign does not imply their endorsement.
I cannot guarantee that a third-party platform will retain content, approve an account or allow a particular advertising format. If a restriction affects delivery, I will discuss practical alternatives and the treatment of remaining funds.
7. Performance and reporting
I undertake the agreed campaign work; I do not guarantee sales, registrations, search rankings, media readership, profitability or a particular return on investment.
Reporting will distinguish delivered activity from estimated reach and client-supplied results. Post counts, publisher audience figures and potential reach are not verified advertising impressions or unique customers.
8. Pausing, cancellation and refunds
Either party may request a pause or closure in writing. Any agreed notice period applies.
At closure, I will reconcile completed work, approved participant rewards, committed third-party costs, fees and unused funding. Undelivered work and unused funds will be handled under the agreement between us.
A client’s business closure does not automatically extinguish valid participant payment obligations.
Refunds require a verified return address or payment destination. Reasonable disclosed transfer costs may apply.
9. Escrow and security deposits
Escrow requires a separate written agreement identifying the asset, amount, purpose, custody arrangements, claim procedure, release conditions and applicable fees.
Holding a security deposit is not insurance, an audit, a regulatory approval or a guarantee of the client’s business. Potential compensation is limited to the available fund and qualifying claims under the particular agreement.
Where specified, claims are considered in the order received. The agreement will identify the evidence required, accepted communication channels and my role in deciding a dispute.
For business security deposits, at least 30 days’ withdrawal notice and any agreed public notice are required. Pending claims or other reasonable release conditions may delay withdrawal.
Cryptocurrency values fluctuate. Unless otherwise agreed, a stated token amount does not guarantee a fixed fiat value.
10. Identity and payment verification
Verify my contact details before discussing payments. Confirm payment instructions through an established official channel and request a signed message where appropriate.
Never share wallet seed phrases or private keys. Report suspected impersonation promptly.
11. Confidentiality and portfolio use
I will treat non-public business information, private reports and unpublished campaign plans as confidential, subject to necessary delivery and agreed publication.
Public campaign records may be referenced in my portfolio. Private performance figures, confidential partner identities, correspondence and personal information require an appropriate basis or permission before publication.
Brand names and logos remain the property of their owners. Historical portfolio entries record past work and do not necessarily represent current endorsements or relationships.
12. Intellectual property
You must have permission to provide materials used in your campaign.
Ownership or licensing of commissioned designs, translations and other deliverables will be set out in the agreement. Existing tools, templates and third-party materials remain subject to their respective ownership terms.
13. Website tools
Website calculators and verification tools provide informational assistance. Their outputs depend on inputs, assumptions and any external data used. Check important results independently.
Using a tool does not create an investment advisory relationship or an escrow agreement.
14. Responsibility and disputes
I remain responsible for my own contractual obligations. Contact me first with the issue and supporting records so I can investigate and attempt resolution. Forum discussion may assist transparency, but it is not automatically binding legal arbitration.
15. Changes
Updates will carry a new effective date. Material changes to an existing engagement require appropriate notice and, where necessary, agreement. Updates do not retrospectively remove accrued rights or earned rewards.
