I managed 11 weekly Vega Bet raffles for the Bitcointalk community between April 6 and June 23, 2026. Each round offered a $200 prize pool, split equally across 10 winning positions, with a free basic entry and additional slots available under the campaign rules.
The client’s goal
Vega Bet wanted to give Bitcointalk members a regular reason to interact with the brand. The aim was to combine an accessible community giveaway with opportunities to explore its announcement thread, contribute to discussions and become more familiar with the platform.The approach
I used a slot-based raffle format with a Saturday 23:59 UTC entry deadline. Members could claim a basic slot, earn a second through a qualifying constructive comment, and claim a third if they met the specified deposit conditions. Once slots were filled, I selected a future Bitcoin block whose hash determined the winning slot under the published rules.What I managed
I handled round announcements, slot reservations, entry checks and participant questions. I verified eligibility for additional slots, coordinated the Bitcoin block selection and draw, prepared winner records and arranged reward credits to the winners’ Vega Bet BTC accounts.Results and evidence
The series completed 11 rounds, representing $2,200 in combined advertised prize pools and 110 prize positions. Each round allocated $20 per winning position.
