Review and Bug Detection Campaign
UniJoin Premium Review & Suggestion Campaign
I managed UniJoin’s hands-on review campaign, recruiting experienced Bitcointalk users to test its mixing service and share constructive feedback. The programme combined advance Bitcoin rewards with a separate escrow reserve intended to provide limited protection for participants.
The client’s goal
UniJoin wanted to understand how its service performed for real users and identify opportunities to improve its functionality. The focus was on practical suggestions drawn from completed tests, giving the team feedback beyond its own internal assessment. The approach
The campaign sought 25 reviewers, with eligibility focused on Hero rank and above and trusted forum users. Approved participants received $20 worth of BTC in advance, then tested the service with at least $50 worth of BTC. Their submissions needed to explain the experience and provide constructive suggestions, rather than simply repeat product features. What I managed
I selected applicants, maintained the approval spreadsheet and coordinated the requirement to receive the advance reward before testing. I also checked submissions against the participation rules and held approximately $750 in BTC as the campaign’s participant protection reserve. Applications were limited to one account per person. Results and evidence
The public campaign record spans March 25–June 28, 2022, with an application and approval spreadsheet supporting the process. The announced target was 25 reviewers at $20 each—a planned reward allocation of $500. Separately, the escrow terms offered coverage of $30 per participant if a qualifying problem occurred, subject to the available reserve. These allocations do not establish the final number of completed reviews or payments.Campaign details
Testing required participants to commit more BTC than the advance reward covered. The escrow arrangement addressed that gap by setting aside funds for the remaining $30 of the minimum test amount. This made the review campaign distinctive: participant selection, product testing and a defined financial safeguard were built into the same process.
