I managed The Change’s community bounty campaign from August 15 to September 16, 2024, with promotion on Bitcointalk and Altcoinstalks. The campaign allocated $5,000 for rewards, offering eligible participants $20–$100 for completing exchange, review and community tasks.
A community bounty campaign combining exchange testing, feedback and social participation in August–September 2024.
The client’s goal
The Change wanted to encourage firsthand use of its exchange while expanding its community presence. The objective was to combine customer feedback with forum discussions, social participation and independently created content about the service.
The approach
I organized a task-based campaign requiring participants to complete an exchange, describe their experience and join the brand’s communication channels. The reward framework provided a standard allocation for qualifying submissions, with higher rewards available based on activity, publication quality and creative contributions such as videos.
What I managed
I handled campaign communications, participation guidance and report coordination across the forum threads. My responsibilities included reviewing submitted activity against the requirements and checking for duplicate reports or attempts to claim multiple rewards through additional accounts. The reporting process used publication links and payment addresses, with a dedicated Telegram bot provided for submissions.
Results and evidence
The campaign ran from August 15 to September 16, 2024, with an announced reward budget of $5,000. Its public threads document the mandatory tasks, $20–$100 reward range and submission process. The budget represents the campaign allocation; confirmed participant totals and final expenditure are not included in this case study.
Campaign details
This engagement combined several activities in one participation journey: using the product, giving feedback and engaging with its community channels. Its historical brief also requested Trustpilot reviews. That requirement is recorded here as part of the original campaign, rather than a template for future delivery; any new campaign needs review incentives and publication requirements checked against each platform’s current policies.
