I managed SwC Poker’s poker-focused Bitcointalk signature campaign from May 16 to December 2, 2025. It completed 28 campaign weeks with a weekly budget of $800–$1,000, combining forum advertising with opportunities to participate in private poker tournaments.
The client’s goal
SwC wanted to strengthen its connection with Bitcointalk members who had a genuine interest in poker. The goal was to build an engaged community around the platform, encouraging discussion and participation alongside regular brand exposure. The approach
I prioritized applicants with poker experience and relevant forum activity. Signatures, avatars and personal text provided consistent branding, while private tournament opportunities and free tickets offered an additional reason to engage with SwC. Applicants supplied their SwC usernames and information about their recent online poker experience. What I managed
I handled recruitment, participant communications, branding checks and weekly post reviews. I calculated rank-based rewards for up to 20 eligible posts per member on a Sunday-to-Saturday UTC schedule. The payment process used SwC Bitcoin chips credited directly to participants’ accounts, with no additional withdrawal conditions under the campaign terms. Results and evidence
The campaign completed 28 weeks with a weekly budget of $800–$1,000. Its public thread documents the recruitment criteria, payment structure and community focus, with a linked spreadsheet serving as the reporting reference. Published rates ranged from $2.50 to $4 per eligible post according to forum rank.Campaign details
Paying participants through their SwC accounts connected the advertising program directly with the poker platform. Members could withdraw their rewards without additional conditions, while those interested in playing could explore the wider community and tournament opportunities. This structure supported the campaign’s emphasis on recruiting people who understood and enjoyed poker.
