Signature Campaign

Sinbad Signature Campaign | Bitcointalk Community Advertising

Paused · Launched 2022-11-02 · Ended 2023-11-30

I managed Sinbad’s Bitcointalk signature campaign across 56 campaign weeks, with 55+ members and a weekly budget of $4,500–$7,000. The campaign advertised participant rewards of up to $225 per week and continued until the service was seized.

The client’s goal

Sinbad wanted to establish broad recognition for its Bitcoin mixing service within the Bitcointalk community. The advertising objective was to maintain a prominent, recurring presence among cryptocurrency users through participating members’ forum activity.

The approach

I coordinated a substantial participant group within a recurring weekly campaign structure. Signature placements carried the brand across forum discussions, while ongoing administration kept participation, activity reviews and reward calculations organized throughout the engagement.

What I managed

I handled participant selection and coordination, campaign communications, post reviews, payment calculations and reporting. Managing more than 55 members required consistent recordkeeping and attention to individual eligibility, alongside oversight of the weekly campaign budget.

Results and evidence

My campaign records show 56 campaign weeks, 55+ members and a weekly budget ranging from $4,500 to $7,000. The public Bitcointalk thread provides the historical campaign reference. These figures describe the scale of the advertising engagement rather than verified customer acquisition, revenue or total expenditure.

Campaign details

The seizure of Sinbad brought the campaign to an end. This case study preserves the scale and duration of the advertising work I managed while acknowledging that outcome. My role concerned campaign delivery; it did not establish the legality of the operator’s activities or guarantee the safety of customer funds.
