I managed RomboMix’s Altcoinstalks signature campaign across eight campaign weeks, between October 29 and December 29, 2024. The promotion introduced its Ethereum mixing service through recurring forum advertising.
RomboMix’s eight-week signature campaign ran in late 2024; its campaign was later marked END-SCAM.
The client’s goal
RomboMix wanted to build recognition among cryptocurrency users interested in Ethereum transaction privacy. The objective was to introduce the service to the Altcoinstalks community and direct interested readers toward information about the platform.
The approach
I organized signature placements that carried RomboMix’s branding alongside participating members’ forum contributions. A weekly campaign structure provided a consistent framework for administering activity and rewards throughout the engagement.
What I managed
I handled participant coordination, campaign communications, activity reviews and weekly reward calculations. My responsibilities included maintaining campaign records and keeping participants informed during the advertising period.
Results and evidence
The engagement recorded eight campaign weeks within the October 29–December 29, 2024 period. Its public Altcoinstalks thread provides the historical campaign reference. The campaign directory subsequently classified RomboMix as END-SCAM, which is acknowledged as part of this record.
Campaign details
The original campaign title described RomboMix as “The First ETH Mixing Service.” That was the advertiser’s positioning rather than an independently established distinction. This case study records the campaign I managed while retaining the later public scam designation in the brand’s history.
