Token Bounty Campaign

PumSwap Social, Article & Signature Bounty | 1 Million PUM

Completed · Launched 2021-12-15 · Ended 2022-03-21

I managed PumSwap’s eight-week bounty programme, covering social promotion, articles and forum signatures. Announced in December 2021, the campaign featured a planned allocation of one million PUM tokens and a recurring weekly reporting process.

The client’s goal

PumSwap wanted to introduce its decentralized exchange concept to cryptocurrency audiences and build interest in its ecosystem. The programme combined social outreach, explanatory content and forum visibility while directing participants to the project’s official updates.

The approach

I organised participation around Thursday-to-Wednesday activity weeks, with Google Forms used to collect task reports. Participants needed to follow PumSwap’s Twitter account, subscribe to its Telegram channel and publish proof of registration. A reporting timeline explained how and when to submit completed work.

What I managed

I coordinated campaign instructions, weekly reporting and participant communication through my bounty group. I also communicated the requirements to retain published work until final payment and provide a personal, non-custodial BEP20 reward address. The planned distribution arrangement depended on the team supplying both the reward tokens and BNB for transaction fees.

Results and evidence

The announcement documents an eight-week programme with a planned allocation of 1,000,000 PUM and distribution scheduled for two weeks after the bounty ended. Although the text referred to manager-held rewards, its accompanying “Not sent yet” note means token custody was not confirmed at that point.

The supplied thread record spans December 15, 2021, to March 21, 2022. That period should be distinguished from the stated eight-week activity schedule. The available details do not establish final participant totals or completed reward payments.

Campaign details

PumSwap’s programme brought several promotional formats into one reporting structure. Social activity supported regular visibility, articles provided space to explain the exchange, and signatures carried the brand through forum discussions.

The funding note is an important part of the historical record. An announced reward allocation and a proposed distribution arrangement are separate from confirmed receipt of tokens. Preserving that distinction gives an accurate account of how the campaign was presented.
