Review and Bug Detection Campaign
PlayGram Review Campaign | Telegram Casino User Feedback
I managed PlayGram’s Bitcointalk review campaign from June 11 to June 30, 2024. The campaign sought 20 participants to test its Telegram casino and share their experiences, with a $20 BTC reward for each accepted review.
The client’s goal
PlayGram wanted to understand how users experienced its Telegram-based platform. The objective was to collect opinions on gameplay, deposits, withdrawals and promotions, alongside suggestions that could inform future improvements. The approach
I created a structured review brief grounded in firsthand use. Approved participants were required to deposit at least $10 and describe their experience using the Telegram platform. Specific prompts covered payment methods, usability and promotional ideas, giving reviewers a clear framework for their feedback. What I managed
I handled applications, participant approval, campaign communications and review assessment. My responsibilities included enforcing the one-account-per-member rule, checking submissions against the brief and coordinating the reward process for accepted reviews. Results and evidence
The campaign ran during June 11–30, 2024, with a recruitment target of 20 members. Its published terms offered $20 in BTC per accepted review, equivalent to $400 in review rewards if all 20 places were filled and approved. The target does not establish the final number of reviewers or total paid.Campaign details
The review campaign launched shortly after PlayGram’s signature campaign, adding a product-testing element to its forum advertising. The brief focused on the experience of playing through Telegram, giving participants an opportunity to explain how that format worked for them and what they would change.
