Token Bounty Campaign

NightPlus NPL Community Bounty Campaign

Completed · Launched 2021-06-30 · Ended 2021-07-09

I managed the NightPlus NPL bounty campaign on Bitcointalk between June 30 and July 9, 2021. When the project’s website and social channels became unavailable, I paused participation and instructed members to stop working while I sought a response from the team.

The client’s goal

NightPlus wanted to introduce its gaming token to the cryptocurrency community and attract followers to its official channels. The bounty programme aimed to support that early visibility through coordinated community participation.

The approach

I established a shared set of participation requirements, including following the official Twitter account, joining the Telegram channel and group, and posting proof of registration. Participants also needed to retain their submitted work and provide a fixed BEP20 wallet address for the planned rewards.

What I managed

I handled campaign instructions, participant communication and rule enforcement, with my Telegram group available for questions. When concerns emerged, I contacted the project team privately, requested a response within 12 hours and published a pause notice in the campaign thread.

Results and evidence

The public campaign record runs from June 30 to July 9, 2021. My notice documented that the website, Twitter account and Telegram presence were unavailable, and explicitly told participants not to complete further work pending an announcement.

The thread was subsequently labelled as a scam project. This entry records an interrupted campaign and the warning issued to participants; it does not claim successful reward distribution or a completed promotional outcome.

Campaign details

The disappearance of several official channels at once raised concerns that required an immediate response. I paused the campaign while giving the team a defined opportunity to explain the situation, so participants would not continue committing their time without an update.

I retain this engagement in my portfolio because its ending is part of the campaign’s history. The warning and pause deserve to remain visible alongside the original promotion.
