I organised the Mixero-sponsored Altcoinstalks Community Poker Season 2025 to celebrate 100 weeks of its signature campaign. Played on SwC Poker, the competition featured six free-entry weekly group rounds followed by a grand final.
The client’s goal
The aim was to turn Mixero’s 100-week signature campaign milestone into a celebration for the Altcoinstalks community. Sponsoring a poker season gave the brand an opportunity to reward community interest and strengthen relationships through shared entertainment.The approach
I structured the season around six weekly group rounds, scheduled from July 15 to August 19, followed by the grand final on August 26. Each group round offered free entry and a $300 prize pool, with prizes for seven positions. The winner also received a free grand-final ticket, connecting the weekly competitions to the season’s finale.What I managed
I managed the tournament announcement, player registration, weekly scheduling and participant communication. I coordinated the six group rounds and grand final on SwC Poker, tracked results and qualification, and handled prize distribution arrangements with Mixero.Results and evidence
The tournament graphic documents six scheduled group rounds with $1,800 in combined advertised prizes and a grand final on August 26. It also records the qualification route, prize positions and final-entry conditions. This season marked an existing relationship reaching its 100-week milestone. I used that occasion to bring the community together around an activity beyond the signature campaign itself. Weekly games gave members repeated opportunities to participate, while the final provided a shared destination for the season.
