MEGAPARI Review Campaign Series | Three Rounds of Player Feedback

The client’s goal

MEGAPARI wanted firsthand perspectives on its sportsbook, casino and overall usability. The objective was to understand how customers experienced registration, deposits, promotions and gameplay, with withdrawal feedback where participants had completed that process.

The approach

I organized three separate rounds with defined application and review requirements. The later rounds specifically recruited new customers, helping capture the onboarding experience. Review guidelines covered individual service areas and asked participants to conclude with a summary and a rating out of ten.

What I managed

I handled applications, eligibility checks, participant acceptance, submission deadlines and review assessment. I maintained spreadsheet records, collected Bitcoin reward addresses and coordinated campaign updates. The process required participants to wait for acceptance before beginning their assigned review.

Results and evidence

The engagement comprised three review rounds with a combined allocated budget of $2,400–$3,000. Advertised rewards were 0.0011 BTC, approximately $30 at the time, for round one; $20 for round two; and $30 for round three. Separate public threads preserve the campaign briefs and submitted feedback.

Campaign details

Returning for additional review rounds created further opportunities to examine MEGAPARI’s service at different points during 2023. The brief went beyond first impressions, asking participants to describe practical steps such as funding an account, using the bet slip and navigating between sections. That structure made the reviews useful as accounts of the customer experience rather than simple promotional summaries.
