Review and Bug Detection Campaign
GenesisMix.cx Customer Review Campaign | $500 Monthly Reward Allocation
I launched GenesisMix.cx’s ongoing customer review campaign on Altcoinstalks on March 5, 2025. The campaign invites customers to share detailed accounts of their experience, with eligible reviews entering draws for a $500 monthly reward allocation.
The client’s goal
GenesisMix wanted to collect first-hand customer feedback and give prospective users more information about the service. The review framework encouraged participants to discuss usability, fees, processing speed, support and overall satisfaction, including areas that could be improved. The approach
I structured participation around verified service use and constructive reviews of at least 300 words. Eligible submissions enter a random draw offering prizes of $250, $150 and $100. Each draw requires at least 10 new qualifying reviews, while eligible reviews that have not won remain in subsequent draws. What I managed
I organised the campaign thread, review guidelines, submission format and FAQs. My responsibilities include checking submissions against the rules, coordinating eligibility confirmation with GenesisMix, maintaining the review spreadsheet and managing draw records. I also handle participant questions and keep winning reviews separate from the remaining eligible entries. Results and evidence
The campaign established a documented process for collecting and assessing customer reviews, supported by published eligibility rules and a spreadsheet for tracking submissions. It remains ongoing according to my campaign records. The $500 figure represents the announced monthly reward allocation, with draws dependent on the minimum number of new eligible reviews.Campaign details
One important detail was separating private order verification from the public review. Participants were instructed to submit their Letter of Guarantee directly to GenesisMix support and display only a masked order reference in the forum. This allowed me to match eligibility confirmations with submissions without requiring full order identifiers to appear publicly.
