Crypto Poker Season 2026 ♦️ 8th Aug - 26th Sep ♦️ Cash $6,000+
Completed · Launched 2026-07-29 · Ended 2026-09-26
I organized Crypto Poker Season 2026, an eight-week community tournament with Mixero as the main sponsor. Played from August 8 to September 26, the season brought together approximately 30–35 players across six group rounds and a grand final.

The client’s goal
The sponsorship aimed to support an activity the crypto community could enjoy together over several weeks. Rather than relying solely on advertising placements, the event gave participants a shared experience built around competition, conversation, and returning to play. The approach
I structured the season around six qualifying rounds, each with a $400 prize pool, followed by a grand final. Group-round winners earned a final ticket, giving each round its own reward while maintaining interest in the season’s conclusion.Bitcointalk served as the community discussion and coordination hub, while the games took place on PokerNow. Published schedules, entry requirements, and result updates gave players a central reference throughout the event.
What I managed
I hosted the tournament and coordinated its announcement, player registration, schedule, and community communication. My responsibilities also covered sponsor funding coordination, prize administration, and keeping tournament information accessible. The event required a process beyond ordinary campaign reporting: connecting forum identities with player names, organizing round links, communicating qualification arrangements, and coordinating knockout reporting.
Results and evidence
The campaign was announced on July 29, 2026, and concluded on September 26, 2026.The completed season included:
- Approximately 30–35 participating players.
- Six group-round prize pools of $400 each, totaling $2,400.
- A $3,600 grand-final prize pool.
- A championship reward exceeding $1,000.
- $6,000 in combined group-round and final prize pools, with rewards paid in BTC.
The public discussion thread documents the event structure and round links. The final results post provides the closing reference.

Campaign details
This project extended my work with Mixero into event sponsorship and tournament management. It created a recurring meeting point for community members, with qualifying rounds building toward a shared final.Mixero was the main sponsor, although its name was omitted from the Bitcointalk presentation because of the forum’s mixer-advertising restrictions. Sponsorship visibility appeared in the playing environment and other event materials.
For my portfolio, the project demonstrates my ability to coordinate a community event across discussion channels, a playing platform, participant records, and a multi-stage prize structure.
