I managed BTC365’s Bitcointalk signature campaign from September 27 to October 26, 2021. The campaign recruited Sr. Member rank and above to display branded signatures and avatars, supported by weekly BTC rewards and a one-week payment reserve held by me.
The client’s goal
BTC365 wanted to introduce its platform to the Bitcointalk community and build recognition among cryptocurrency gambling audiences. The campaign placed its branding alongside member discussions, with a specific requirement for participation in gambling-related sections. The approach
The programme advertised 10 positions at $50 per week in BTC. Participants needed 25 qualifying posts each week, including five in Gambling and Gambling Discussion. Recent merit, reputation checks and posting exclusions helped establish eligibility, while signatures and avatars provided consistent brand presentation. What I managed
I handled participant screening, checked campaign branding, reviewed weekly posts and prepared the payment spreadsheet for BTC365’s team. I also maintained spreadsheet comments, coordinated participant questions and held $500 worth of BTC as a payment reserve. Weekly reporting ran Tuesday to Monday, with BTC conversion set at Monday 23:59 UTC using the Binance BTC/USD rate. Results and evidence
The campaign’s published terms document a planned weekly participant payroll of $500 across 10 available positions. They also distinguish the payment responsibilities: I held one week’s reserve, while BTC365’s owner was responsible for sending regular payments after receiving my spreadsheet. The supplied record does not establish final enrolment or total expenditure.Campaign details
This engagement required coordination between campaign assessment and client-issued payments. Participants were told to allow 24–72 hours after the spreadsheet handover for payment processing. Setting that expectation upfront helped explain the gap between completing a campaign week and receiving the corresponding reward.
