The approach

I structured the campaign around rank-based payments ranging from $2 to $3.50 per eligible post, with a maximum of 20 paid posts each week. What I managed

I handle participant selection, onboarding, campaign enquiries and weekly post reviews. I check branding compliance, filter ineligible posts and calculate rewards for each Saturday-to-Friday UTC reporting period. I maintain the public participant spreadsheet and prepare a separate, detailed report shared privately with Bitz management.
