I managed Betspider’s relaunched Bitcointalk signature campaign for Sr. Member rank and above. The programme combined forum advertising, participant referral links and weekly Bitcoin payments, with an initial four-week payment reserve held in escrow.
The client’s goal
Betspider wanted to renew awareness of its platform within the Bitcointalk community. The campaign prioritised visibility among gambling audiences while giving participants a referral link through which interested readers could reach the service. The approach
The campaign offered 10 positions at $50 per week in BTC. Participants registered with Betspider, added their personal referral URL to the supplied signature and wore the campaign avatar. Weekly eligibility required 20 posts, including at least five in Gambling and Gambling Discussion, alongside recent merit and reputation checks. What I managed
I coordinated participant selection, checked signature and avatar placement, assessed qualifying posts and maintained the campaign spreadsheet. I also held the initial payment reserve and administered weekly BTC payouts. Accounting followed a Thursday-to-Wednesday UTC week, with conversion based on the Binance BTC/USD rate at Wednesday 23:59 UTC.Results and evidence
The public campaign record runs from September 30, 2021, to January 2, 2022. At launch, I held $2,000 worth of BTC, allocated to cover four weeks of the advertised $500 weekly participant payroll. This documents the initial funding arrangement; the supplied figures do not establish total campaign expenditure or referral conversions.Campaign details
A distinctive feature was Betspider’s instruction to personalise the signature’s destination link. Participants needed to replace the main website URL with their own referral URL while preserving the advertising design. This added a referral component to the shared campaign branding and made careful setup an important part of onboarding.
