I managed 1win’s $1,000 X giveaway from February 27 to March 8, 2026, connecting its social media promotion with the Bitcointalk community. The campaign advertised 10 prizes of $100 in BTC and concluded with a public announcement naming 10 winners.
The client’s goal
1win wanted to increase awareness of its brand and encourage interaction with its official X account. The giveaway invited community members to follow @1winPro and engage with the promotional post, linking forum participation with social media activity. The approach
I kept the participation steps straightforward: like, repost and follow on X, then submit a 1win account ID, X username and four-digit number in the forum thread. A defined entry deadline and one-account restriction provided a clear framework for managing submissions. What I managed
I published the giveaway announcement, communicated the rules and deadline, monitored submissions and answered participant questions. I also handled the change to the winner-selection process, published the final list and coordinated the collection of winner information for reward processing by 1win’s management. Results and evidence
The public thread records the campaign launch, entry requirements and community responses. Entries closed on March 4, 2026, at 23:59 UTC, and my March 8 announcement named 10 winners. That announcement confirmed the next step was collecting and forwarding their details to management; it did not yet confirm that rewards had been credited.Campaign details
This campaign required an adjustment at the selection stage. The planned Bitcoin block-hash method did not produce the intended winners, so I explained the situation publicly and selected 10 members who had engaged in the discussion and volunteered. The closing post documented that decision and outlined the reward-processing steps.
