Disputes

Escrow fund
For a campaign you are required to escrow the campaign budget (partially for at least two weeks or in full). You will be given an escrow address by AB de Royse777. The address will be singed using the Bitcoin address displayed on this website. For partial escrow agreement, you are required to refill the escrow address after every weeks payment made from the escrow fund. Please ask for the dedicated spreadsheet that is in use to log all the transactions between you and AB de Royse777.
At the end of a campaign (the date the campaign end, pause/hold, turn out to be scam, seize by law agency), you are required to give a return address to send the leftover fund. Failing to do so in 12 weeks will result a no return/refund.

We would like to make it clear that R7 Promotions, is an independent entity and is not directly affiliated with any of the crypto startups we advertise/promote. R7 Promotions is an advertising agency. We provide advertising service in return of fees/cash reward.
While we strive to promote these startups in the best possible way – our views and opinions expressed in our advertising materials do not necessarily reflect those of the startups themselves. We work with various clients across the crypto industry, and our goal is to provide high-quality advertising services to help them achieve their marketing objectives.
We do not have any authority to investigate any internal issue of our clients and their projects such as legal matters.

You agree to indemnify R7 Promotions and its affiliates and hold R7 Promotions harmless against legal claims and demands that may arise from your use or misuse of our services. We reserve the right to select our own legal counsel.
Limitation on liability
R7 Promotions is not liable for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your misuse of our website.
R7 Promotions reserves the right to edit, modify, and change this Agreement at any time. We shall let our users know of these changes through electronic mail or our Telegram Group. This Agreement is an understanding between R7 Promotions and the user, and this supersedes and replaces all prior agreements regarding the use of this website.
